The location is good, the service was slow but they were very attentive, regarding the cleanliness and especially the pillowcases were not clean, they did not clean the room, there was no toilet paper, we asked the maids and they did not bring it, we left the hotel and were out for about 6 hours when we returned we had to go to the reception to ask...

I visited Gramado for a week because I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law nearby. I think the overall situation of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement!

The problem is the SPA without a covered connection, in a rainy and cold region. Another is the poor quality of the restaurant, outsourced, or rather precarious, expensive and bad!
