__M1380800****This guesthouse is located right inside the Arctic Village scenic area, so you can get great photos without even leaving the property. We originally planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly kind. When it snowed heavily, the guesthouse's car picked us up from the airport. They didn't want us to walk far in the snow, so the driver pulled right up to the airport terminal entrance and then carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was so warm, I was able to walk around barefoot in a t-shirt, sipping an iced coffee while watching the snow outside. The owner pays extreme attention to detail; the common areas with gym equipment, massage chairs, and tea facilities are truly excellent. And the crispy fried pork for breakfast? You can have unlimited refills, and it's absolutely delicious!

Service: There is no service at all. The temperature in Mohe is more than ten degrees below zero in the middle of the night. Let the guests go to get the water by themselves. After all, they are still young. They called and said that they would go to the green train to get the water. No one arrived. It was too cold. The nose was frozen when I breathed. A phone was posted on the green train door. I took a photo and ran back. I called the room and asked myself to get it. I ran again. At nine o'clock the next day, the cleaning aunt pushed the door directly in when I locked the door. Seeing that I was bare-assed on the bed, I quickly went out again, and there were small animals barking in the isolation layer of the wall. I don't know if it's a rat.

SSummer sunny1979The millet porridge for breakfast was very delicious, and the view outside the window was great. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the scenery around the hotel was very good. I saw a rainbow after the rain. It is a health resort hotel and is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort.
However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting.
The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB.
For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area.
I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

TTuoleisigangAdvantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!

GGuest UserThe services and facilities are very good. Parking in the warm warehouse is very convenient. The hotel has its own garage. The walls of the room were paper-like, and you could clearly hear the footsteps upstairs and the sound of cleaning up next door.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, the health is very good 👍 the surrounding environment is convenient, the front desk service is very good, but the breakfast is not good, it may be the relationship that has just opened, and the chef can't communicate, the boiled eggs have boiled egg whites and egg yolks. There is no way to bran. Say let the chef fry two eggs, say the pot is not good to fry, this needs to be improved. But still recommended hotel
