OOlga ProstakovaThe hotel is new, clean, big and well organized. Rooms are spacious and with nice view from higher floor. The staff is very helpful and solve any problem. Breakfast is with wide choice. The price has no big difference with small hotel in this town. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient. It takes about ten minutes to get to the hotel by bus from the station. The hotel is decorated in an elegant and upscale style. The rooms are also very comfortable. I like the room type with a bathtub. It is really relaxing to take a bath in the room after a business trip. The big TV in the room can also satisfy those who chase dramas, and you can cast the screen online. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, especially No. 088 [Happy] Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30. The breakfast is nutritious and includes milk, coffee, rice porridge, bread, noodles, fruits, wontons, etc. I have become accustomed to staying here. Every time I choose a hotel, I will subconsciously choose Hongye Friendship Hotel. I will come here again on my next business trip [Rose]

The breakfast is also very good. The service at the front desk 018 is good. Just call the front desk and they will wash your clothes for you. The hotel's ambiance is both elegant and comfortable. The lobby design is very tasteful, and all public areas are impeccably clean, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern, minimalist yet cozy style. The fantastic natural light instantly lifted my spirits.
What impressed me most was the impeccable cleanliness of the room! It was absolutely spotless, and the bedding was crisp white, soft, and smelled wonderfully fresh, like sunshine. Lying down, my fatigue instantly vanished, leading to an exceptionally good night's sleep!
The bathroom facilities were modern, offering ample and consistently hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality.
The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I must give special praise to both the front desk and housekeeping staff! Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently and professionally, and their warm, friendly attitude, always accompanied by a smile, made a real difference. The standard pillow in my room was a bit too soft, but they promptly provided a latex pillow, which made for a very comfortable sleep. Housekeeping also serviced the room promptly and meticulously. They even went above and beyond by calling to inform me when I accidentally left an earring in the shower. Overall, this was a truly satisfying and memorable stay!

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.

GGuest UserThis hotel made me experience what truly is at home! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was gently caught by the warm yellow light that overflowed the high space. The bronze sculpture and the green plant wall were interesting. The air was floating like a cedar fragrance. The front desk lady smiled and handed over the exquisite fruit plate. Even the electronic screen at check-in was intimately tuned. Eye protection mode, details control captured on the spot! After that, you must boast about the price/performance ratio: this location, this service level, the average price of more than 100 actually includes three meals a day and free laundry. Compared with the same grade hotel, it is almost conscience. Now every time you stay, you will think of the warm time here. You have silently added it to the ”life must live list”. Next time I will bring my parents to experience the real ”Chinese style”!

GGuest UserThis time I gave the hotel a very bad review, which is really unbearable. The bathroom I was given was room 301, which was unimaginably small. If I hadn’t discovered it after I was already ready to take a shower, I would have asked the front desk to try to get in and take a shower. It would be even scarier. Yes, the person who checked out before opening the toilet didn't flush it. I'm speechless. Didn't the hotel aunt clean it? Why! I often come to Yongkang on business trips, and I will still avoid lightning in the future. This is the first time I give a negative review, which really affects my mood.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered. I don’t know how to express it, so I wish everyone in your hotel happiness in this comment section! I wish your hotel a long-lasting prosperity! Thank you
