Very nice hotel, the room is spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, we live on the 11th floor overlooking the beautiful Quito street view. The staff is warm and friendly, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to visit the old town.

Love this hotel! Near the airport. Great food. Always friendly. If you’re overnighting in Quito this is the airport you want to stay at.

Absolute five-star praise, 15 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the city, the hotel will pick up and drop off the plane for free. The hotel is located in the suburbs and the surrounding environment is excellent. The garden in the hotel is a bird watching holy place with more than 30 kinds of rare birds. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, suitable for business travel, meetings.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. I like this place very much, the location is good, the service is not bad, there is a swimming pool, the water temperature is very comfortable, it closes at 20:00, the children like it very much. The only drawback is that Ctrip booked the room through an agent, so once there is a problem, it is not smooth to solve, which delays time!

When you book, check out the Cathedral of Quito 3 km. It is actually very tired for 100 minutes of walking up and down the mountain road, especially when you go to the old city to eat and watch the night scene. After that, every day around the Old Town Square, a taxi back to the hotel for 4-5 to 5 dollars is also a small expense. In addition, when it rains outside the third day, the room window leaks!

Very comfortable. The room is very spacious, with good views and has everything you may need. The breakfast is very complete and very good. The area is very quiet and the guy at reception very nice. We will repeat.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.
