The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Really enjoyed this beautiful hotel in Quito Historic Old Town. Large comfortable rooms. Terrific Breakfast included. Nice restaurant with good menu choices. Best of all was front desk service. Especially Roger*

The picturesque B & B is located at the volcano viewing point, about ten minutes by taxi from the Equator Monument. Locals come for lunch to enjoy the scenery. The room is clean and the facilities are not particularly advanced, but the window view is very good. It is worth seeing the clouds and mist outside the window in the morning.

Close to the airport and pet-friendly hotel! The hotel is located in a safe area, about a 15-20 minute drive from Quito airport. The grounds are very large and fenced. The hotel itself is designed in a colonial style. There are several lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors. There's a pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, and billiards. The room was very clean. I was happy that we could stay with our dog without an extra charge! Breakfast was also included in the room rate. For breakfast, there were fresh fruits, yogurts, smoothies, and a standard selection. The staff speaks English and are friendly and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere is very calm and safe.

The hotel is very beautiful. When you enter, you feel that you have entered the big manor. The boss should like art very much. It is very characteristic everywhere. The boss and other people are very NICE. The breakfast needs to be ordered. I think the breakfast is not very good. But this is a very special hotel. If you are visiting, it is a good time to stay here for a night or two.

Absolute five-star praise, 15 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the city, the hotel will pick up and drop off the plane for free. The hotel is located in the suburbs and the surrounding environment is excellent. The garden in the hotel is a bird watching holy place with more than 30 kinds of rare birds. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, suitable for business travel, meetings.

Woman didn’t recognize our booking but luckily found us a room anyway. Wasn’t what we booked, but at least it was a place to sleep. No amenities we could enjoy. No shower soap, closed pool, breakfast was scant. More like a motel.

Good: In Quito hotels, xoe's TV should be first or second best. Bad: sleeping is particularly uncomfortable, even I will doubt that the last tenant has not cleaned up after leaving, I will feel itchy when I lie down, this quilt feels like it has been used for 5 years, even the cotton has been washed off. I suggest replacing a new quilt and four-piece suit and strengthening the cleaning.
