Room was great, we upgrade our room with seaview. Room very clean, Johan (the receptionist also very polite and give clear instructions), walking distance to shopping area, restaurant n city centre. Also it has rooftop bar with calming view

The hotel is conveniently located to any tourist attraction. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast is rich with local flavors. The hotel restaurant is also very good, with excellent food and service.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the observation deck, the Colosseum, and the Picasso Museum. The Pompidou Centre is just across the street, and the street scene is quite lively. However, the hotel's hygiene management is terrible. There was a large stain on the bed sheet, and the hotel didn't seem to care; they just gave them a new sheet, which was quite inconsiderate.

Extremely well situated with the historical centre in 13 minutes walking distance. The pool was not overcrowded and the service was very good. The walls were rather thin so you could hear the noise from the square outside but the terrace area allowed for a nice experience. The breakfast is overpriced but there’s plenty of breakfast options available just outside the hotel.

Family traveling, booked two rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, daily serviced. The indoor pool was cold (travelling in January). Breakfast was great value. In overall we were highly satisfied with the stay

It really exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and toothbrushes were already thoughtfully provided, so I didn't even need to ask the front desk. The complimentary bottled water was a premium brand. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly small rooftop and a rather tiny pool, which was primarily suitable for lounging and sunbathing.

Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

I stayed at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio and, overall, the experience was pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive. A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation. The spaces, while functional, are showing signs of age and could benefit from a restyling that would make them more contemporary and comfortable. I believe that with a targeted intervention, this property could fully express its potential and offer an even higher level of hospitality.

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

The room was new and well-located, with a kitchen and washing machine. Although the bathroom was shared, it was only between two rooms. There was also an elevator, so overall, it was good value for money! However, there were quite a few downsides. Their working hours are very short, so if you check in a bit late, you have to contact the hotel yourself to do an online check-in, which was a bit complicated. I did manage it in the end, and I saw in many reviews that this was an issue, so it's clearly not just me. The location isn't in the city center; it's a bit out of the way. It takes about 30 minutes to get to most attractions by walking or public transport, though taxis are affordable and can get you to many places in about 10 minutes. When I went to a nearby supermarket, I noticed the area around the building looked a bit run down. It looked clean, but there was a slight smell. Also, they don't offer luggage storage!
