VVivi KService can be improved especially for the restaurant staff. Was there for more than 3 nights, every time during breakfast the chef didn’t even look at my face or replied to me when I’m ordering something from the live station menu (I’m local btw), but once there’s a foreigner speaking to him in English suddenly he’s the friendliest guy in the room.
Room is spacious and clean, newly renovated room.

GGuest UserThe facilities can only be described as ordinary, equivalent to domestic B&Bs. The soundproofing of the room at night is not very good. You can hear people chatting next door in the middle of the night. However, relatively speaking, Malang is just a stopover and you can stay for one night.
