GGuest UserIt was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

GGee88The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

ععرض الفئة الذهبيةOur experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

WWhite treeIt has a beach to itself. The hotel is very big, but it feels like it has seen some age. The swimming pool can even be called competition-level😀
The corridor of the room feels like living on a cruise ship. The room is not big, and the hotel's own restaurant is not bad. Occasionally, some cute cats pass by.
