Wwpcoco33Close to the edge of the ancient city, the location is good, the lobby atrium is beautiful and exquisite, and the staff is friendly. The room is small and the facilities are average, the bath water takes a long time to heat up, the water is not smooth, and the two rooms booked are leaking; Stayed for two days and the next day, the room did not clean the room, the room did not provide water, and the charge was 20 di a bottle. Later, the water was not charged after reflecting the previous problem. I don't know where Ctrip's luxury five-star evaluation came from?

DDimsson SBreakfast was bad, the room was not cleaned, on the floor of the pesticides, in the refrigerator a strange food. Everywhere the strong smell of some grass, they probably think it is a pleasant aroma, but it hurts the head.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?
