Puebla Hotels with Gym

It is connected to a large shopping mall in Puebla, so you can eat, shop and stay at once. Because it is a large shopping mall, there are many security agents, and the guards on the first floor of the hotel guard the entrance and exit, so it is safe. It's also good to call Uber. Wal-Mart is 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you need anything, you can buy it here. There is nothing particularly good except the advantage of being attached to a large shopping mall. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but the sound insulation is very weak. At 12 o'clock in the daytime, the sound of cleaning the guest room in the hotel, the noise of people, and the hammering can't rest comfortably. Most of the rooms are aging. I can't recommend restaurants inside the hotel, but the food that is strangely served as room service is large and tastes good. Hotel staff try to solve it within the given range.

Overall, it's okay, the breakfast is very rich and the service is good. It is troublesome to ask for a few bottles of water at the front desk, and it is charged. I said can I sleep tomorrow in advance? Considered for a long time. . . Just gave

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The location is very clean, comfortable bed, good attention and close to everything. All is very good but I thought it was very bad that in the shower the soaps you have are from soap boats for your hands! I think it's not expensive to have a shampoo boat and a body soap boat, but it's a bad picture of all the good hotel.

The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

Breakfast is a highlight of this hotel, quite outstanding. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef. That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

On the first night of check-in, I found hair and shoe prints on the sheets. The front desk phone was called for an hour and no one answered. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a change of sheets. It was another hour and no one came. I went downstairs again to urge, and then someone changed the sheets.

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

The hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
