The rooms near the highway are a little noisy. Some rooms have a smell. If you find that there is a smell, it should be caused by the toilet and kitchen. Contact the front desk in time to change it, don't be patient.

AAnonymous UserThe window was completely sealed, couldn't be opened, just entered, the room smelled, dizzy, the air conditioner opened the door for a long time, only a little better.
The elevator is very old and slow.
The toilet has no shower curtain, after the shower, the whole floor is full of water, and it can't flow away.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!
