LLEIIn the morning, an old lady knocked on the door asking us for coffee? ? I do n’t know if it ’s the staff or from there ... I feel a bit skeptical about the safety ... I do n’t know if I want money or coffee. Then I locked the door and slept at night ...

GGuest UserThe concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.

LLEIThe rooms are very large and clean. The pool is divided into adults and children. The children must go to the children's pool every day. There is a great beer house restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. You can solve the problem by visiting Legoland. Outlet is less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel to Legoland, walk no more than 10 minutes

Hotels of this level are basically carpeted and dark in color. Is it a bit of luck to keep them clean? In fact, it is quite difficult to keep them very clean. The carpet can only be vacuumed once, not deeply cleaned.
There are no facilities nearby when staying here. It is mainly for walking back to the hotel after playing in Lego Land. Otherwise, I would not stay here for the same price.
Let’s talk about Legoland again. Unless you are a Lego fan under 6 years old, there is no need to come. The things inside are relatively childish. People over 6 years old will find it boring.

GGuest UserLove to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️.

AAnonymous UserThere is a microwave. There is a coffee pot. A bit noisy as it is next to the road. Breakfast was inconvenient, but I really liked the coffee. The bathtub was a little dirty.

JJIANXINThere are several kinds of bread, waffles, milk, juice, eggs, meat patties for breakfast... There is no way to meet the standard requirements of international hotels, but you can have enough, American breakfast is like this! The room was really small enough to look like only one elevator was dirty and far from my room! The guests of the accommodation are also compared... The corridor is the big corridor. In the morning, there are shit in the hallway, and the children cry in the middle of the night. The restaurant for breakfast is very small. There are several tables, one or two American families, chatting there. Laughing! At the time of check-in, I also caught up with an aunt who was communicating with the front desk about the loss of her mobile phone. In short, it was a little unsafe!
