Can be considered as one of the best hotel in Ha Long. Fancy interior design with many facilities. Breakfast is nice as well.

Great location, very close to harbor for trip out to the sea. Great view from room balcony. Friendly staffs thro check in to check out. Very clean room and great gym for exercise.

Perfect stay before halong bay cruise. Clean, spacious rooms, nice bar & service. Good gym, spa and nice pool (frontal view is blocked a bit by a new construction, but didn't bother us). Excellent breakfast. We had an inland facing room (quiet), away from the music of the beach club.

Very poor service.. not well trained staff.. no proper communication in English, Chinese or any other language apart of local language. A lot of racism people working on this place. If you want to get a good time find somewhere that the people can be more respectful. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The Yacht Hotel in Bai Chay channels sleek yacht chic—spacious rooms, porthole details, stellar Wi-Fi. Staff greet by name, WhatsApp cruise updates, and rescued passports mid-typhoon. Buffet pho, $6 craft cocktails, compact spa. Only flaw: some rear rooms miss the bay view. At ~$85, it’s Ha Long’s smartest stay.

The hotel is very new and the decorations are awesome. Breakfast is highly recommended. The location is not far away from port.
