Hotel was clean and check in was rather quick. The pool area was locked but staff were able to let us in.
The room was clean. It was fairly busy it seemed as it was loud at night. You can clearly hear above you and to either side of you and we had someone relentlessly trying to get into our room at midnight and had to be told twice wrong room. Not sure it made us feel safe.

This property has become our home away from home! Always clean, well sanitized and so very comfortable. The staff is so warm, friendly and accomodating! The amenities are plentiful and the breakfast is delicious and fresh. We will continue to stay again and again!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because housekeeping doesn’t replenish towels, even if your stay is longer than one night. You have to ask for more towels and washcloths.

Our stay was good but has to move rooms because of children above us making so much noise so the staff were very accommodating and moves us to another room. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Harley the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was immaculate and there are many dining options close by which Harley highlighted for us.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and my wife and I got a great night’s sleep while traveling. Free breakfast was also very tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of some rest while driving through West Virginia.
