差評！之前出差住過尚客優感覺還不錯，這次來海豐旅遊也選擇住尚客優，沒想到竟是一次糟糕的體驗！房間裏面有股味道，床飯沒洗乾淨，水也不夠熱。住這種酒店一定要記得定退房鬧鐘，工作人員衹會提前打電話問你要不要續房，到了時間不會提醒你，跟你講到時間了，該退房了，阿姨也不會來叫，我就是這樣睡過頭了，超時間了，酒店告訴我超時間了系統自動計費。好吧！更驚訝的的是既然超時系統會自動計費，那就不用管我們了，可是，我們的房間門竟然被打開了，肯定是酒店開的，我聽到了開門的聲音，剛開始以為是錯覺，想想還是起來看看，沒想到房間門完全被打開了，我是被嚇住了！住了這麼多酒店第一次遇到還會幫你開門的！很糟糕的體驗！

馬桶🚽的塑料座墊有較大的尿味和尿跡；排水口旁邊有煙頭；洗澡獨間的水是要很久（一兩個小時左右）才能排下去；跟前台反映排水問題，原來她是知道這個問題，但未提前告知也沒有説派人處理等，也就是無解決；在攜程上預訂六晚，實際住三晚，酒店一毛都不肯退回相關費用。
