Huangma Yehai International Hotel

A very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially 小李 and 小曾, always very patient in listening to my needs and taking immediate actions to assist us. My WeChat app can’t work to pay the rides, they not only provide advices but also took an extra miles to get me a car/ taxi when I was hurrying to get my father in law to travel. The security guards were equally great in assisting to him in getting on or off the car. Indeed, a remarkable hotel will not be missed with the service. The dim sum restaurant is also fantastic. Food is superb.

Although its a local hotel , but it has "Xiao Du" smart home in all thier rooms. Rooms are clean and very convinient with alot of shops and places near by. Beats international chains by a mile on worth.

Overall, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel offered a very positive experience for the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority. A big plus was the modern bathroom featuring a bidet and heated seat - a nice touch you don't always find at this price point. While everything else was great, the pillows weren't the fluffiest. They weren't terrible, but if you're particular about pillow comfort, you might want to bring your own. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Haikou, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel is a strong option.

The service was excellent. I had a noisy neighbor and the staff took me to other rooms to see if I wanted to change. The were so efficient, kind and committed to making sure I was happy and satisfied. All of the TV channels are Chinese but you have an option to scan and pay for English or American movies - which was nice.

I love this hotel and the location. It is the only hotel I book when I got to Haikou. The staff especially the manager are wonderful.
