Rezen YunMan Hotel （HNA HK QH ）

Me and my wife are visiting from New York and have stayed in four hotels in the two weeks we have been here in Haikou visiting our sick relative. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was clean, modern and uses a virtual assistant technology called Xiao Du (Similar to Alexa). It uses voice command to open curtains, turn on the TV, AC and even plays music. Marketing has been part of my job for some time now so I am always tuned in to the customer experience when staying at hotels myself, and outside all of the fancy gadgets and bells and whistles this hotel has to offer, the best thing about this hotel is the customer service. The staff was professional always providing a greeting no matter what time of day and asked if you would like a cup of coffee in the morning. If you don’t want it right away then just call from your room and someone will bring it up to you. They definitely went above and beyond, one day I wasn’t feeling well and they brought me herbal tea and fresh fruit without me even asking. I could go on and on but in short, if you’re looking for a good, clean hotel with excellent service this is the place you want.
