The key is that the price is affordable. It is very close to the Bell Tower and the Old Arcade. There is also the South Gate Night Market of Hainan Open University. There are buses from the Bell Tower to Wuyuan River Wetland Park - ***** Beach - Summer Beach - Xixiu Beach (actually both are (on the same coast) and then go to Wanluyuan Park - Wormhole Library - Century Bridge - Baishamen Park. All scenic spots can be reached by public transportation. If you are a small group of friends, it is more convenient and time-saving to take a taxi.
