I was impressed by the service provided.
On the afternoon before my arrival, I received a call from its staff to check if I needed any transport from the airport. Upon checking in, the staff walked me all the way up to my apartment. After she left, I tried to turn on the TV but without success. So I called the front desk for help and she immediately came back to resolve my issue.
The apartment itself was quite spacious and most importantly, the air-con was very quite and I had a nice sleep throughout the night.
Foodwise, there are many restaurants including a MacDolnald in the shopping mall which is just a few steps away.
I will certainly come back again on my next trip to Hainan!

Staff are generally responsive though apartment is dated. Ok for very short stay if you are not fussy. Breakfast includes bun, porridge/ dumpling or noodles, fruit, egg n coconut juice. Transfer is by didi for mine. Not sure if hotel has own transfer. Shopping mall is just next to it with various food options.

Location is a very good near the Haikou airport and Meilan train station with free pick up service. Just a few minutes to the mall and supermarket. Friendly staff.

Location is very near airport and food nearby. Premises is very humid and whole apartment is always wet even lobby and lift is wet. Got to be very careful if there are elderly.

Seamless airport transfer is the greatest advantage. Quiet environment and relatively clean. Need to make sure the phone is working before the staff leave otherwise will have to walk a long way out to office to look for room service or repair. Of the 6 plugs, only 2 were working so I couldn't charge my phone. Couldn't get WiFi to work too

The location is good for catching a flight. It's close to the airport but not noisy. You can barely hear the planes. It's very convenient to shop and eat around. Free pick up and drop off and the front desk service are in place. The hygiene was really bad, there were stains everywhere in the room, and the pillows smelled like sweat.
