At first, I didn't even think it was that, but it kept buzzing on and off, keeping me awake all night. I completely missed the Holiday Inn dim sum I was so looking forward to the next day – I could just cry!

When I returned, my clothes were soft and fresh, which saved me the trouble of packing extra outfits. I needed to print some meeting documents last minute, and the business center's printer was fast. The front desk even assisted with binding them. At breakfast, the omelet station chef asked exactly how I wanted my eggs cooked, the Hainanese noodles were a generous portion, and the hot porridge was kept at a perfect, consistent temperature. My room had soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. There were convenient USB charging ports by the bed, and the bathroom featured a great wet/dry separation with instant hot water. Upon check-out, the front desk staff even provided me with bottled water for my journey. My entire stay was absolutely flawless.
