The staffs are friendly. We stayed here 5 nights. We cannot speak Chinese, however that is not a problem here. The staffs are very glad to help us to call a taxi and also recommend us to visit old town and many place.

The room is big and the buffet is delicious. The hotel lobby is quite grand and the room layout is different from that of ordinary hotels. It is a bit like a pentagon. The hotel manager has a good service attitude and has received all the express deliveries.

A 5-star hotel with a great value for money on Haidian Island, Haikou. I have stayed here many times and recommend it to friends. It has a good location and a great environment. The executive lounge upstairs provides delicious afternoon tea sets and other drinks and snacks every day. Great!
