This hotel was very good place to stay for 5 days. The receptionists consisting of one man and two women were very kind and I couldn't literally survive without them. I have very fond memories of my time in haikou. If I go to haikou again, I would probably stay at this hotel!

I booked a king-size bed room, and the room smelled particularly bad. In addition to the replacement of the bedding, many places were not wiped, either dusty or water stains, and the floor was also very dirty. There was also a toothpick used by someone else on the table🤮
I thought I would just stay for one night and leave after breakfast the next day.
Breakfast starts at 07:00, and my family went there first. There were only two kinds of porridge, sweet potatoes, steamed buns, boiled eggs and pickles, and no hot dishes.
I arrived at 07:15, and it was still the same. I asked the restaurant staff why there were no hot dishes, and they also looked like there were none anyway. They said you can order something cooked, OK, look at the sign hanging above, want rice noodles, no. Then want Yi noodles, no. What is there? Only wontons and dumplings. Haha.
The room rate for two breakfasts is 40 yuan different from that without breakfast. It stands to reason that even if it is 20 yuan per person, it shouldn't be so bad. When I left at 07:25, there were still no hot dishes.
When I checked out, I told the front desk, but they didn't care and just said "Didn't you go? I'll tell you later" without any apology.
