The room we booked is a twin room. Although the receptionist said there was 02-way air conditioner, we could not use the hot mode. The meals were not as good as we expected and were not worth the prices.

Unser Start war miserabel: Tiere und Haare im Bett und ein furchtbares Bad. Der Hotelmanager kam promt und verlegte uns in ein besseres Zimmer bei einen Discount von 400k Dong. Diese Reaktion fanden wir gut. In dem neuen Zimmer war der Siphon abgegangen also lief das Wasser durch das Bad und die Duschbrause war im ortsüblichen verkalkten und verrosteten Zustand. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber wirklich gut und der Manager hat auch das Problem des Waschbeckens an einem Sonntagabend sehr schnell behoben. Das Frühstück ließen wir am ersten Tag verstreichen da es nur von 6:30 bis 8 Uhr zur Verfügung stand. Ein Frühstück bis 8 habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Manager hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Er kann Touren, Roller Transporte usw unkompliziert organisieren.
