This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Last time experience was excellent but 10years ago. But this time our room has bee arranged next to the toilet and no room view.

始於1890的老店，住在歷史裏的感覺。接待人員非常熱情周到，温泉有6個非常喜歡，晚餐也特別精緻。

位置在塔之澤，橋邊路口。總體來説還是很理想。服務很好。餐食雖不是最好吃，單點酒品飲料都不貴。雨天很有意境。洗手間在房間外，但不影響使用。家族風呂可以預約時間。不是户外。儘量不要帶大件行李。

入住梅壹房間，窗外就是泉水潺潺綠樹環繞，非常愜意！木質日式小樓精緻典雅，私湯非常古典，私密性很好。一泊二食，餐食也非常好，精緻細巧，食材新鮮，尤其喜歡他家的米飯，亮晶晶的米粒，口感非常好。
從JR箱根湯本站下車後，等出租車好多人，急着入住就導航步行，結果，導航提供的路線錯誤，讓我們走了一小段山路，實際上，下JR後就在坐出租車的樓梯的相反方向的樓下就有公交車，非常便捷。不過，店家非常熱情地到山間小道來迎接我們了，我們也欣賞到山間風光，呼吸了林間新鮮空氣。

首先，不得不稱讚日式細節服務，行李箱的輪子都給擦乾淨，詳細介紹每個設施 房間 功能。1泊2食一共68000yan。
值得提一句的是，雨雪後的房間後半夜非常冷，需要把房間的烤箱 空調開最大。不然會凍醒
其次，懷石料理步驟餐食中規中矩，但是筷子🥢竟然是路邊攤一次性筷子
吸煙室簡直是煙民福利
古色古香很吸引外國人前來，日式傳統店體驗過一次就好。
