The room is clean and tidy. Hotel also provides osen and dry room. Really good for people who go skiing or snowboarding. They also provide a breakfast buffet which is very plentiful.

It was a nice affordable place with access to the slopes daily. The location makes it hard to go out at night with heavy snow. I wish they had a shuttle for the night into the city.

Room size is good but a bit old. It has no lift so that you need to lift up luggage by yourself.

The location is a bit remote, a little far from the center of Hakuba Village, but fortunately it is one of the stops for the ski shuttle bus, so it is quite convenient. The view outside the room window is very good, facing the snow-capped mountains.

Transportation is divided into Hakuba Ski Resort Transportation and Hotel Transportation Hotel Transportation: Go: We took the ski resort bus from Tokyo for 6 hours and got off at the Happo Bus Terminal. We took an Uber for the whole morning but no one took the order. Finally, we took the bus to the hotel through the station. NO.4 H3 bus, you can ask the staff for details. The hotel is a stop where the Hakuba Village shuttle bus normally passes, and there is basically one bus every 1 hour. Return: The hotel provides 2 buses to Happo Terminal/Hakuba Station in the morning and afternoon every day. You need to make an appointment in advance. Ski Resort Transportation: Go to Happo/Iwatake/Muchi/Goryu. There are ski resort shuttle buses that run every 1 hour to and from the door. To go to other ski resorts, you have to go to the terminal and transfer for 800 yen (such as Cortina). If there is heavy snow, the shuttle bus is very unpunctual. We also missed the hotel shuttle bus due to the transfer, and it was very difficult to call Uber, so everyone should reserve time.

The room is quite big, there is a shared hot spring, there is a free bus to the ski resort, and there are discounts for buying ski tickets at the front desk. The hotel can also rent ski equipment. Dinner must be reserved. You can reserve a free bus to the station.

Hotel location is easy to find and ample parking spaces Stayed for two nights and enjoyed breakfast for two days. The food types on both days were slightly different and tasted good. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor rooms. My wife said that the outdoor hot springs at the female hot springs only had one-third of the spring water on both nights. I don’t know why. Next time I go skiing in Hakuba, I will consider this hotel as my first choice.

Went there for skiing in spring. The price was great. However, it was too hot in the afternoon for snow. The bus stop was right at the door, which was very convenient. There was also a hot spring. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious. You can make an appointment for the pick-up station. They were also very considerate and could collect and send snowboard bags to the airport. We stayed in one room for two people, and it was quite spacious and comfortable. And it was very convenient that there was a shuttle bus. The hot spring was quite hot, especially the open-air bath... It was unfortunate that the front desk smelled a bit like cigarettes.
