I booked this hotel for my mother to have a safe space near Spring Garden to satisfy her shopping needs. Sadly her 6 night stay in August was marred by the unsavory experience of not being refunded her caution deposit. She was told it would be refunded on the date of departure. Two weeks later when she called the Front Desk from overseas, she was told it takes longer. A month later when she called again, she was told “sometimes it takes months”. After 5 months of waiting, we wrote to all the email addresses, including going onto LinkedIn to find the email addresses of managers to send complaints to directly, to no avail. We are now sitting here in 2024 and it will be a year soon, and she still hasn’t been refunded. For such a prominent hotel to treat a customer like this is really a shame. She had nothing but compliments concerning her room, the staff during her stay, and the property itself. I hope someone reads this negative review and can actively resolve her situation.
