Very central location in Bai Chay, opposite SunWorld and the cable car station, 15min walk to the cruise terminal, lots of restaurants around.
Recently renovated hotel, clean and well maintained. The hotel owners are very welcoming.

Lovely family hotel in Ha Long City.
I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi.
The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay at a great value.

Central, comfortable and clean!
The hotel was very central to everything - right across the road from Sun World, lots of great restaurants and cafes. Easy and quick check in. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

loud, run down and overall depressing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a tower that really seemed like it was soviet block era bad. two stars are for the good view but it comes with very loud house music that blares while you are trying to go to sleep from the bars and clubs across the street. HOT common areas too with no AC - not fun in June.
