Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Residence Reviews

It's great because it's centrally located. It was also nice to be able to enjoy a variety of breakfast options as it was included. The inside of the accommodation was clean and tidy, and instead, there was a festival at Bai Chay Beach when I went. I was doing the same thing, but the song was loud... or maybe there was no soundproofing... It was a bit noisy. Other than that, I was satisfied overall.

It was perfect.Hao at the front desk was so nice and help us so well. The room was so perfect and clean. Everybody was so nice and helpfull. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had on a holiday! Initially we booked for 1 days But then we liked the place a lot so we extended for 1 more days

This hotel is very nice and new. It is located in the city hub with outstanding view. One of the most impressive things in which made me feel so fantastic is warm welcome from the staffs; they are so much friendly and caring. I hope to back here very soon

Very nice rooms and very good service. Beautifull view.good restaurants in the near of the hotel. Very tasty. It cost dont to much money for this trip. This time dont go by boat (this is a very nice tour). This time we make a tour around the city. I think it will be nice.

This is a hotel I always use when I come to Halong Bay as it is a very comfortable hotel to relax with my family. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at the front desk and serving guests for their friendly service.^^

This is a beautiful hotel! Within walking distance from our ship terminal. We arrived on a cruise ship. We decided to spend the night in the city. Wonderful hotel gorgeous inside large rooms with a gorgeous view outside. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was overly accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more. And the price was incredible. I hope I get to come back here again. Also, the spa was phenomenal.

Check in was so easy. Four people helped us. One showed us upstairs. View was exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful. We decided to stay here for the night while we were on an overnight stay from our cruise. Only complaint was noise from disco, but that ended at midnight.

We travel from Australia, we really enjoyed our stay in Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel. Excellent location, very clean with ocean view great communication and services from staff. Especially Huyen provided us with excellent services. Will love to comeback soon.

The service at Muong Thanh Ha Long Residence is wonderful to us. We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Ha Long Bay and local. They provided breakfast buffets with variety of asian food like Banh Cuon, pho and dessert. Muong Thanh Hotel is always my first consideration when traveling. The room is clean and the house keeper responded quickly when I have trouble with AC. Muong Thanh Ha Long Residence is highly recommended if you travel in Ha Long Bay, especially in Bai Chay.

Very beautiful views from the room and also from the restaurant. The pool looked amazing but we didn’t go in since we went in winter, but I would love to come back in summer to try it out. They were also very accommodating with the breakfast, allowing me to take some out of the restaurant and bring to my husband in our room.

The hotel has a very beautiful sea view. We had an interesting experience in Ha Long. At the time everyone is filled with a very excited Tet atmosphere. I saw people buying a lot of things. The receptionist named Hao told us a few things about Tet with peach blossoms, banh chung and lucky money. we love here and we love Tet holiday

Well located place near the beach and the pier of Ha Long Bay (beautiful to see). The breakfast is a buffet and you have multiple choice. Mr quand and Ms Hao are very helpul and agreable at the reception desk and lobby. Beds and pillows are very nice in the rooms.

Visited Ha Long for two days with my friends. Nice city, nice hotel and also nice people here. Immediately fall in love with your swimming pool ,too bad that we couldn't swim because of the weather,haha. Viet nam was much colder than i expected ,but luckily in this hotel i always feel warm by the great attitudes from staffs. Especially thanks to mr Quang, he helped me a lot by showing me the way to night market, and also the place for smoking we asked for .really a good lad. Would love to recommend this great hotel .
