Nicht empfehlenswert und viel zu teuer! Minizimmer!! Und besser noch, ein in die Jahre gekommener Wohnanhänger im Garten, der ohne Nasszelle und Toilette, (Duschen, wenn Kunden ausgecheckt haben) für 85 Euro angeboten wird. Meine Enttäuschung bei 27 Grad Celsius wurde nicht verstanden, für mich unkooperativ und ein Stück weit arrogant. Der Wunsch auf Storno wurde abgelehnt! Nie wieder. Da gibt es besseres in Hamburg!

Er was een kamer teveel geboekt door de B&B en ze gaven ons er de schuld van omdat er zoveel mailverkeer over was geweest. Daardoor was het volgens hun niet meer duidelijk. Vanuit de mail was echter totaal geen onduidelijkheid op te maken en wij vroegen ze hier toch even goed naar te kijken. Uiteindelijk hebben ze ons niet tegemoet willen komen en voor de volle mep willen laten betalen bij vertrek, zonder gedurende de week dat we daar waren hierover in gesprek te gaan. Ze wilden de politie erbij halen en maakten hierbij fysiek contact op een agressieve manier. Wij zijn erg geschrokken. Dit alles op een misstand berust maar er was geen sprake van dat ze naar ons wilden luisteren of gezamenlijk naar een oplossing wilden zoeken. Wij hadden hun ook best tegemoet willen komen maar dit was zo onredelijk en vervolgens de fysieke agressieve manier van benaderen heeft mij echt geschokkeerd. Ik kom hier nooit weer.

Ein wirklich sauberes Hotel, geeignet für Gäste, die sich abends gerne in Kneipen aufhalten oder früh ins Bett gehen. Der zugang zum schönen Frühstücksraum und Garten wird abends verschlossen. So wurden wir am ersten Abend vom Hausherren ins Zimmer geschickt. das 11 qm große Zimmer bot nur einen Stuhl und war zu klein, sich darin aufzuhalten. So tranken wir am zweiten Abend ein Glas Wein auf den Eingansstufen udn waren uns einig, soetwas noch nie erlebt zu haben. Noch nicht einmal in einer Jugendherberge. Wir reisten einen Tag früher als geplant ab.
