Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.but room Suse was small.breakfast was very average.staff helpful and on my check out one staff personally help me book taxi and help me guide me.overall good experience.good hotel in city like handan

服務：服務很熱情進門就到了熱茶 對於讓大風吹了一天的我很温暖 ，酒店也有停車場很方便，房間衞生乾淨，聽前台介紹還有洗衣房，對於出差的我們真是福音，天天拉個行李箱到處跑有地洗衣服真的是太愛了 ，環境也很好哦 如圖

選擇亞朵從沒有失望過，服務和環境始終滿意。跟前台説喜歡觀景房，安排有燈帶的方向，白天可以遠望叢台，傍晚可以躺着看日落。智能機器人送水，亞朵已經不是新體驗，乾淨整潔，不使用地毯，非常滿意！位置佳，出行吃飯都方便。積極安排停車位，方便貼心。

一直以來都住亞朵，亞朵在服務方面做的還是很全面的，很貼心，來到邯鄲亞朵體驗感很不錯，樓層很高，房間安排在了35層，夜景很美，早餐也很不錯，要是有豆沫就更好了，停車場車位很充足，因為車比較大地庫沒辦法停，華嵐還專門到路邊等我們還專門找的車位，很温暖的小姑娘。美中不足是沒有肥皂，但是前台給了卸粧濕巾，還是很不錯的，希望能一直保持。
設施：好
衞生：乾淨
環境：在市中心，吃飯購物都很方便。
服務：very good。

來邯鄲出差，打電話問防疫政策就開始推銷讓我辦亞朵的會員卡。到了之後吧，停車場很擁擠都是人，和商場混用，特別不好停車。沒辦入住前不刷房卡還用不了一樓的公衞，也太小氣了吧……進了房間之後，那個沙發和枱燈，一堆污漬，也不知道都是啥東西，第一次打電話的時候問問有沒有刮鬍刀和浴袍，然後問wifi 的話還沒説出來，就給我掛了。無語整個。

在邯鄲這家酒店整體來説還是不錯的，現在很多酒店其實基本上都可以滿足硬件需求和審美，拼的還是服務，希望提高服務的專業水平和效率！此次入住給個滿分，因為凌晨去的時候前台服務很貼心，雖然後期有兩個不妥之處，望提高吧！
