I highly recommend this exceptional Hangzhou hotel. The spacious rooms offer excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Its convenient location is near Xifu, popular tourist attractions, and a shopping mall. The concierge service was also outstanding. Definitely will come back to this damn good hotel .
Wanna say thank you to *********** for the helping hand. See u and gonna buy u coffee when I come.

It was a very comfortable stay. The family room we booked had one queen and one super single bed which fit us very well. The amenities provided by the hotel was great too. Water, kettle, coffee, tea etc was well replenished. Location was also perfect, not too far from the Xihu and shopping malls stretch IN77. Many eateries, convenience shops just below and one famous Japanese bakery that opens till 2am. Hotel staff were helpful and the tour agent there was great. We just did an ad hoc day trip and the driver was accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. All good. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated hotel with the strategic location. About 4 intersection walk to Metro. There was only one staff can communicate in English. Our twin beds room was large with separate shower and bathroom. Free complementary drinking water and coffee. Our room located in the back side face to the construction site. It’s quite noisy cause it work from early morning till the late night. The highlight on the hotel was the restaurant. Variety of food for breakfast and the guest can be able to see the late view.

One of the best hotels in Hangzhou we have stayed! Previously we stayed somewhere else and had a bad impression of that hotel but we managed to book this hotel in the last minute! Even though we have selected the normal queen room, upon check in they upgraded the room for us into a queen room with sofa bed instead! There is also a Dyson set for the ladies which was very handy!
Overall our stay in Hangzhou for the last few days we had were very pleasant because of this hotel!! Will recommend it to my friends and families☺️

Location is great, which is in the city centre. Don’t need hotel breakfast as there are many local breakfast joints nearby. 5 stars to 小程，刘美 and 小叶 for their warm hospitality and service. The only downside to the hotel is that the room walls are very thin. We could hear guests from both sides of our room as well as from the corridor, which can be slightly annoying when we are trying to wind down and get some rest at night.

Nice rooms and services.Good attitude of staff. I particularly enjoyed breakfasts and views at Lakeview restaurant. Also I love the cozy environment of the gym room there.Generally it is a good hotel, though the price a little expensive.around hkd 650 for my room.
Suggestion: just 2 washing and drying machines, should increase the no.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast.
Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist.
Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.
