酒店在景區裏面，旅館負責衞生的服務員很負責任，服務員待客也熱情。但酒店的沒施比較簡單，每個房間裏衹有一個小登子，電視前面有一塊小板，東西也沒地方放，掛衣服的地方也太小了，而且也衹有三個，優點是去旅遊景點方便。

環境特別棒 有獨立衞浴，圖片沒有顯示，門口的木棉花很美，空氣特別好，有免費停車場，不懂的地方到前台詢問也細心周到解答，服務特別棒，周圍還有許多經典景點，太子灣花全開了，走過去十分鐘，下次一定再來這裏，太棒了👏

房間乾淨整潔，每天保潔大姐整理的都很乾凈，網速快，晚上很安靜，位置特別方便，孩子喜歡去動物園，步行5分鐘就到，附近步行可以到，太子灣公園，蘇堤，動物園，少年小童樂園，凈慈寺，雷峯塔，浴鵠灣，門口可以租共享電車，每天50元到70元不等，可以去南宋御街，河坊街，杭州絲綢博物館，湖濱銀泰in77，和西湖的各個景點，都特別方便。坐公交車可以去之江文化中心，杭州野生動物園，下次還來！
