Nostalgia S Hotel (Hubin Hefang Street，West Lake, Hangzhou)

The service is exceptional —— We are allowed to check in earlier than the stated time, all the staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities and the room are carefully designed and considered aesthetically and well maintained. I absolutely appreciate the nostalgic theme curated for the hotel and how they successfully presented in every corner and detail. 10/10 recommend this hotel👍🏻✨ P.S. the river and small bridges beside definitely are the bonuses in my HangZhou stay.💖

Highly recommend Nostalgia S Hotel :) The hotel is new, clean and the service is great. All the snacks in the room and everything in the fridge are free. They also provide free laundry service and luggage storage. I ordered supper from a restaurant nearby and got my food delivered to my room by a robot and the caring staff even left a bottle of water with a little note for me :) The hotel is located less than 15 mins walk to a few attractions and popular streets in HZ. You can easily find good coffee and food (including morning market street food) within 10 mins walk. Supermarket and fruit store located just opposite the hotel.

Very nice and well located hotel. I was really happy and impressed by this hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay great. It is really clean, they have all the amenities you need in your room. Breakfast has a large choice: some Western options( coffee, bread, butter and fruits) I felt good during my stay. Happy with the free laundry service. I spotted on the last day, the steamer in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed is really soft. Despite being next to the street, it wasn’t noisy at all. It’s at a walking distance from a shopping street with plenty of snacks shops and restaurants to eat. Very good internet connection in the room. I couldn’t find the password to use it in the lobby on the day we checked out and , at the time, it was too busy at the reception desks to ask the staff. The only thing to improve is about the charging station, maybe add or replace it by a more common one. It was very challenging to put it back after use as there were no empty place left at the hotel and the nearby shops didn’t have that brand. We finally found one the following day, in an alley in the shopping street. Despite having a map to help you find where they are, it wasn’t easy as a lot of locations on the map are no longer accurate. It gives an option of pausing for 12 hours to find a location where to return it, but that wasn’t enough since the few that are around filled up quickly.

absolutely love this place! we were welcomed very warmly by the front desk and given ice cream during summer. check in was a breeze and the front desk staff showed us our room. free drinks and snacks everyday in the room, breakfast was not fantastic but good enough! the location is extremely convenient too, near the hefang pedestrian street. they even had a small tour agency in the hotel, providing day trips around the area.

Great location and good value. But if you have issues with mold, choose elsewhere.

Services on par with 5-star hotel! Enjoyed my stay at Nostalgia S Hotel. Staffs were all polite and helpful, starting with allowing early check-in and bringing our luggages to the room to sending our clothes from washing machine into dryer and folding them nicely and stored at front desk for collection. Would recommend family and friends if they ever go to Hangzhou.
