入住的如家酒店，2024新裝修，設施設備新且齊備，乾淨衞生，前台工作人員也很熱情周到，早餐豐盛，總之體驗不錯。酒店地理位置優越，離西湖及商圈很近，下次來杭州可能還會選擇這家！

【位置】：地理位置超級棒，出門左轉100多米就到西湖了，就可以坐上環湖電瓶車了，方便快捷，距離超近。
【環境】：環境乾淨整潔，而且裝修風格現代、時尚而不失典雅。設施齊全，洗衣烘乾機、健身房、餐廳都有。
【服務】：這裏的服務是我感受最深的，服務超級棒，重點説説前台小美女和餐廳服務大姐，前台小美女20出頭的樣子，1.6米左右，特別瘦，像和小公主，很温柔、很熱情。另外印象深刻的是早餐服務大姐，人特別勤快熱情，我早晨牛奶感覺有點涼，和大姐説完以後大姐立馬去要幫我加熱（由於是剛剛新添的牛奶）。
【停車】停車方便，一天50元，車位充足。
總體感覺住這裏物超所值，下次來我肯定還住這裏！

The hotel entrance was rather challenging to find. The reception lobby was on the 1st floor instead. There were some confusion regarding the breakfast coupons as I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Each room supposed to get 1 coupon per night so I was supposed to have 8, but wa given 5 only.
Room was good, but it had the remnant smell of cigarette smoke from the vent. I had a hard time sleeping from the smell. Other than that, the hotel location was really good as it was just walking distance to Xihu. Every morning we took a walk at the lakeside. The location is also close to Hefang St.
