Amazing, Downtown, great view, Big rooms, brand new, shopping mall, nice breakfast. Four seasons will never miss the standard Best location in habgzhou Will come again. Worth the stay

We stayed at Four Seasons for 2 nights & had excellent service from staff. Special mention to Emily, Annie , Cherry & Zac for their attentiveness & recommendations to places of interest & food which makes our stay a memorable one. Highly recommeded for anyone looking for a hotel stay in Hangzhou.

Four Seasons being the Four Seasons. Warm hospitality from the moment you step inside the hotel. Mostly very good. Two issue for improvement though. Not enough variety for breakfast and there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the food. The sauna and steam room facilities would be even better if there is a cold plunge pool. Used the executive lounge as well, and Julia and Lynn at the executive lounge were outstanding.

The hotel’s facilities exceeded my expectations in terms of both quality and comfort. I had the chance to enjoy the sauna, Finnish hammam, and jacuzzi — all were well-maintained, clean, and incredibly relaxing. My stay included access to the Executive Lounge, where I sampled a variety of appetizers that were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and always eager to help. I would especially like to thank Randy Xie from the reception team for his fluent English and kind assistance during my stay. For anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-quality service in Hangzhou, I can highly recommend this hotel.

The entire staff is exceptionally well-trained—courteous, attentive, and thoroughly professional. Special mention must go to Ms. Hou, the manager from Hong Kong, who was absolutely outstanding. She takes genuine care in ensuring every guest feels valued, and I often noticed her making thoughtful rounds to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm conversations with guests added a personal touch that made my stay truly memorable. The hotel is impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, emphasising both comfort and elegance. Upon entering my room, I was impressed by how pristine and well-kept everything felt—almost as if it were brand new. And the towels—plush, luxuriously soft, and clearly premium—really summed up the attention to detail that sets this hotel apart. It’s that level of quality that truly makes the Four Seasons a standout, even among the finest hotels. Highly recommended! 👍
