酒店位置還是蠻不錯的 靠近商圈 附近很好打車也有共享單車 出行方便 雖然是內窗但是環境很安靜 服務人員也非常細心

房間乾淨衞生整潔，工作人員素質高有耐心，位置好離西湖近。基礎配套不錯，有提供的瓶裝水是滴露（沒喝），如果把洗手液換成肥皂更好。如家相對好一點的是其他酒店是12點進店，如家是9點，所以行李多或重的，可以優先考慮，更適合旅遊居住吧。

就在浙二醫後面通行非常方便 而且工作人員服務態度也特別的好 購買的時候沒有注意看 急着要入住 服務人員特意提了一嘴説我們這個是1m2的床 問工作人員升級要多少 工作人員直接免費升級了 進來房間也是剛剛打掃好的 而且是有窗户的透氣 詢問打掃房間的阿姨問題也是禮貌用語態度很好 在社區裏也是比較安靜的很合適 很推薦大家入住

這是一個大平層隔開很多的房間，所以很多房間都是沒窗户的。房間還是乾淨的。我是定了朝走廊的一個小窗户。隔壁講話聽的一清二楚，木板隔音很差，房間很壓抑，很多是來浙二醫院看病住宿的，所以你懂的，100來元住這種房間真的難受。建議還是加點錢住附近好一點的酒店。
