以下都是本人當天入住酒店拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間5樓8532。一，酒店位置：杭州交通方便，公交單車可以到達。二，酒店的設施自己看一下圖片是當天入住拍的。1，床品和布草看圖。2，有一次性拖鞋提供。3，房間設施：有吹風機。4，酒店裝修：自己看圖。5，洗手間：是乾濕分離。三，酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。四，酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。當時維也納酒店的前台新人出錯，訂的68，但是前台經理也沒説二話，也給入住了。本來説付費吃個早餐，一查我是會員，早餐免費。把我感動的不行。所以，講信用的企業我們要支持，以後多住維也納

非常差，每個房間都很吵，窗户完全不隔音，而且每個房間都有很大的嗡嗡噪音！換了好幾個都不能解決。前台服務態度也極差，太差了，以後再也不住了。

來杭師大考試朋友幫我定了這裏的一間房，來了看了距離很近大概300米，到前台小姐姐聽説我考試給我安排了最安靜的房間還給我升了房型祝我考試順利，服務真的是很好了！房間很大乾淨整潔，入住體驗非常棒！如果下次還來這邊我一定會在定這家店的，強烈推薦哦！
