What impressed me most was the thoughtful service: in the morning, passing the restaurant, an auntie would smile and ask, 'Would you like an extra fried egg?'; in the afternoon, returning to my room, the cleaning lady had quietly folded the jacket I'd left on the sofa but hadn't touched the documents spread on the desk. This kind of care, not overly enthusiastic but attentive in every detail, made my stay truly comfortable and reassuring. I've already set it as my default choice for my next visit.

The public amenities are also excellent. The restaurant is clean and bright, the elevators run smoothly and safely, and all facilities are regularly maintained, looking new and well-kept. Every detail in the room, from the furniture and appliances to the light switches and hangers, was perfectly maintained. The curtains and carpet were tidy and odorless, and the inside of the wardrobe and drawers were also thoroughly cleaned, with no leftover items. The disposable amenities in the room were neatly arranged and hygienic, making me feel completely at ease using them. The hotel's public areas were also exceptionally well-maintained. The lobby, corridors, and elevators were consistently neat, with gleaming floors and fresh, odor-free air, devoid of any trash. Cleaning staff constantly patrolled and cleaned, ensuring a pristine environment at all times. You can truly feel the hotel's strict standards for hygiene management; from the overall space down to the smallest nooks and crannies, everything was meticulously cleaned and thoroughly disinfected, completely eliminating any concerns I might have had about cleanliness during my stay. These exceptional hygiene conditions made my stay both comfortable and peaceful. Among the premium Huazhu Hotels I've stayed at in recent years, this experience was absolutely top-notch! From the lobby manager to the front desk staff, the service attitude was impeccable – warm and attentive throughout. When I reported an issue, they responded quickly, immediately arranging a room change and troubleshooting, which was both efficient and reliable. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, my stay was fantastic, I genuinely give it full marks and highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Located between Longxiangqiao Station and Ding'an Road Station on Metro Line 1, it's a 5-8 minute walk away. The subway offers direct access to Hangzhou East Railway Station and Chengzhan Railway Station, and you can reach Lingyin Temple and Xixi Wetland with just one transfer. Multiple bus routes right outside the door go directly to Leifeng Pagoda and Broken Bridge. If you take a taxi, it's within the starting fare to get to the core scenic area of West Lake, and about a 40-minute drive to Xiaoshan Airport. Whether you're traveling independently or for business, the transportation is incredibly convenient.

The room was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The facilities were also new. The check-in, in-stay, and check-out services were all great, and the staff were incredibly patient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou! The room type I stayed in offered direct views of West Lake, and the night view was also stunning.
