Mercure Hangzhou Qianjiang

The room was clean and tidy. I was traveling alone and brought my PS5, but forgot the cable. A big thank you to the staff member who helped me get a cable and set it up!

Everything else was fine. There was just one small issue, which might be a personal preference: I'm not used to having the heating on and found it too warm. The central air conditioning was set to 23 degrees Celsius, and I felt a bit stuffy. I ended up turning the heating up to 24 degrees to get some air circulation, and then I slept shirtless. Aside from that, I think everything else was great – the location, environment, and transportation were all good. Thanks to the front desk for preparing a small gift bag for the child!

The hotel staff were very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast for our child. The dining area has a great view of the Qiantang River and the bustling city outside. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The overall view is great, the location is pretty easy to find, and the restaurant food is not bad either!

The young lady at the front desk, despite being an intern, provided excellent service and deserves praise. The breakfast was good, and the window seats offered an unbeatable river view. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou for a business trip and need to be near the Qiantang River, I always choose this hotel. This time, I had a meeting nearby and it was already past midnight, with only one room left. To be honest, the value for money at Mercure in China is quite high! You get five-star facilities for a four-star price. Although the room was a bit small and had no window, the cleanliness and overall quality were still very good. In the morning, I went to the gym, which was quite beautiful and offered fantastic views of the Qiantang River. The equipment was also very new. Overall, the service here is very attentive, and the breakfast selection is quite decent.
