Why did you lie to me and say it was done? If I hadn’t called you again, I would have just ignored you!!) I said you also knew it was very late? Call the front desk directly and tell them to knock on the door to remind you! What a joke...it turns out that what I bought was self-service! ! Please do a good job in customer service! ! !
