帶孩子旅遊的，一進門就聽到熱情的招呼聲，員工服務熱情周到，環境也特別好非常好，房間衞生整潔。這家酒店地理位置很好，交通非常便利。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，設施也很新，為我們提供了很好的入住體驗。性價比很高，環境特別好，環境挺好，環境非常滿意，特別滿意，一次性洗漱用品都有，衞生挺乾淨的，設施齊全好，設施完善，吹風機有，獨立的空調，服務也很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈。門口就是公交站，這麼繁華的地段，性價比這麼好，商圈，吃喝玩樂，官巷口公交車站出來就是雅詩酒店，前台接待非常熱情，環境還很乾凈，房間裝修的很大氣，硬件設施可以，設施完善齊全，對於周邊的價格和房間可以説有很大的優勢。物美價廉，性價比超高。旁邊就是吳山夜市，離龍翔橋西湖邊很近，去各個景點都很近很方便，市中心的良心商家，性價比高位置很好可以的，離西湖很近，很乾凈，服務也很好，很滿意，退房了也還可以麻煩寄存行李，真的很貼心。

提前到酒店的，本來想放行李的，前台直接就給辦理入住了，挺好的，地理位置挺好就在解放路大馬路旁邊，酒店對面就是肯德基，24小時便利店，旁邊是杭州銀行還有披薩店，和好吃的本地特色飯店，設施設備齊全挺好，環境好，環境特別好，環境非常好，衞生也是乾乾淨淨整整齊齊明明亮亮的，環境是真的好，設施設備齊全，設施好，有電梯，房間的空調是獨立的也是非常給力，有一次性洗漱用品，有吹風機，衞生很乾凈，24小時洗澡熱水，洗澡熱水很大，洗的很舒服，隔音我個人覺得還是挺好，安安靜靜的，服務也很好，有問必答，去西湖步行10分鐘就到了，去河坊街走了20多分鐘，去雷峯塔門口就有42路公交車直接坐到很近，去地鐵口走了5分鐘，離酒店不到100米就是吳山夜市，真真太方便了，可以免費寄存行李，可以延遲退房，太方便了。

一次完美的住宿體驗，經濟實惠，節日過後價格很實惠，位置也是非常好，在大馬路邊上，酒店前後左右都是好吃的飯店，便利店馬路對面就有24小時的，還有肯德基，早餐新豐小吃很好，價格也便宜，酒店隔壁就是達美樂披薩店，酒店我們走路到西湖大概就10多分鐘，走到銀泰也就5分鐘，去雷峯塔門口就有42路公交車可以坐到，當然西湖也可以坐公交車到，但是我個人覺得沒必要了，因為走路也就10分鐘，走路到河坊街就20多分鐘，我們到杭州站也是馬路對面坐公交車也是兩站路就到了，離地鐵口定安路A口走路到酒店大概也是6分鐘就到了，酒店房間環境挺好的，房間靠小區的一點都不吵，設施設備齊全，一次性洗漱的牙刷和杯子都有，衞生也挺乾淨的，服務人員都很熱情，需要多加衣架這些東西也非常快就説到房間的，環境特別好的，設施非常好，衞生很乾凈服務非常細心，酒店還可以提前辦理入住，到酒店有房間就給辦理入住了，這一點特別棒，然後前台還會給推薦合適我們的房間，退房了也可以免費寄存行李，服務很貼心，好的好的好的。

酒店位置挺好，離西湖走路12分鐘，周圍好吃的飯店也多，酒店可以提前辦理入住，住的挺滿意，房間整潔乾淨，一次性用品和床上用品都非常不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴水温大小合適，洗髮水和沐浴露都還不錯，地段非常好，離商場 地鐵 距離都不遠，而且價格不貴，服務也挺好。

整體挺好的，設施齊全，也很乾凈，一次性洗漱用品都有，挺安靜的，比較了很多差不多價位的酒店，就這一家網站好，價格合適，離西湖這麼近這個價位算是比較優惠的，門面不大但房間不小的，床墊軟硬剛合適，玩了一天很累，睡了個安穩覺，酒店的熱水很大，洗澡爽，周邊吃的玩的都方便，步行到西湖也才10多分鐘。
