離店前十分鐘，寫的感謝!以下感受希望能對大家有用:
區位:距離城市陽台錢塘江邊1-2公里，打車或地鐵很方便，步行也不遠。4號線地鐵站到哪都方便的西湖也不遠5站。附近也有很多大型商場。
停車:自駕行的，酒店停車場極方便（就在樓下能電梯直達20樓前台）;
房間:寬敞、明亮，衞生好。
床:硬度剛好!媽媽不喜歡太軟的，贊睡眠超舒服。標間1.35米的床，必須贊!
早餐:很豐富。
服務:感謝無條件給延時，中午小睡一會兒才退房。
附近餐飲:前台小姐姐推薦的菜，就在樓下有個小廣場有點多選擇，好吃到連吃兩天。人均100以內。

昨天中午11點多到的，很好找，酒店樓下就是停車場，很空，住宿免車費，蠻好的，後來去了市中心，去了錢塘江城市陽台，去了大馬弄，然後又沿着大馬弄走到鼓樓，走到河坊街，然後8點鐘時候還想去西湖逛一下，然後點外賣也是很方便的，很安靜這個酒店，隔壁是cbd寫字樓還有很多大型商場，都是連在一起，酒店沒有怎麼拍，我們訂的房間還給升級了比較大，樓層也夠高視野好，然後飲用水也是免費可以拿的，床墊好舒服軟硬適中，很牢固不會有聲音，電視還能投屏，我們還有一個大落地窗，晚上坐在床上還能欣賞燈光秀呢，都不用跑去江邊看了，很壯觀。表揚前台服務，我沒帶卸粧用品，給了卸粧油，洗面奶，太貼心了，微波爐也有熱了下我的烤串，而且有什麼要求都很貼心的幫忙解決了我事情比較多哈哈哈哈都不好意思了，前台小姐姐全程都是温温柔柔笑臉相迎，絲毫沒有覺得煩人哈哈哈哈。房間熱水也好快，要用了就是熱的24小時，水温也足，量也大，洗個澡太舒服了。樓下有個下沉廣場，吃得很多，我覺得有個火鍋店吃牛肉的好好吃，10點去了都有店開着，還有足浴麻將館咖啡店肯德基必勝客達美樂，健身房理髮店美甲店反正能想到的都有，下次可以帶家人再來一次，哦對了地鐵站就在樓下去東站直達機場也方便哈哈哈，這次跟着朋友來過元旦玩的，這樣旅行都很順利，特別是住了滿意的酒店對我來説很重要，而且性價比真的很高這個地段我的概念裏不得五六百啊，超划算了，好了反正就是很滿意了！

因為小朋友元旦一早要去市民中心遊泳，所以特地跨年夜住到錢江新城來。酒店位置不錯，跟着導航很容易找，看到標識應該離地鐵也不遠，附近吃飯還是方便的，有很多店，離萬象城也近。訂的3人入住的江景巨幕雙床房，下午兩點半到的，到20樓辦理入住，給了張17樓的房卡，帶着孩子拎着包進去，房間挺大，但衹有一張床。我讓小朋友在房間裏等着，等我換好房間再喊他直接過去，省得跑上跑下折騰，自己拎着大包小包返回前台，工作人員聽完我反饋情況，沒有一句抱歉，衹反覆強調讓小朋友不要動房間裏的東西。我忍不住懟回去：“你給錯我房間了，還對我這麼多要求？”然後工作人員閉嘴，在電腦上一番操作，期間我給她看了攜程上我預訂的房型，明確寫着一張床1.8米、一張床1.5米。給我換了一個23樓的房間，小朋友和我拎着東西進去一看，還是衹有一張床。頓時火就上來了，致電前台，對方説現在很忙讓我稍等，我説你們過來給我處理，我不會再跑上跑下了。掛了電話就聯繫了攜程客服，説馬上幫我溝通處理。幾分鐘後前台工作人員拿着另一張房卡來找我，給我換去了我訂的房間。進門後發現衞生間的燈一直在閃爍，拍了視頻聯繫攜程客服，過了會兒來了個維修師傅，換了燈管，前台又上來一次向我致歉，送我兩張早餐券和一份小朋友的禮物，讓我不要給差評。態度誠懇，問題也解決了，也就算了。第二天早上我們開車出去游泳，中午回來收拾東西，一點左右退房，被告知車子衹能開出去一次，後面的停車費要自己付，酒店首頁上明確寫着停車場免費且無需預約，沒有任何其他説明，入住時我不止一次問前台工作人員停車怎麼操作，都説到時候來報下車牌，開出去就好，臨走了説衹能免一次，難道別人開車來杭州玩，就衹能窩在酒店裡不出去，或是衹能把車停酒店然後不管是否方便一律公交出行？雖然最後工作人員把停車費補給我了，但説實話此次入住體驗欠佳，感覺介紹與實際不符。住了這麼多酒店，還是頭一家入住與離店都要聯繫攜程客服的。

來出差辦事很滿意 房間乾淨衞生住的久前要給安排帶洗衣機的房間 空間很大有一面立地窗 陽光照進來很舒服 晚上還能看錢塘江的燈光秀 安保也不錯 晚上睡覺很安靜 樓下有下沉廣場吃飯方便 還有很多大牌連鎖餐廳美髮足浴 地鐵就在樓下去西湖就衹需要5站路 去各個景點都方便 我來辦事的旁邊就是市民中心走過去也就十來分鐘地理位置太好啦 隔壁就是萬象城來福士廣場 適合來旅遊的朋友 服務也很好有求必應給前台小吳點贊 👍🏻性價比高值得推薦

經常在外出差就喜歡住公寓酒店，空間大，住着方便還有洗衣機可以隨時把換下來的衣服洗了，這家酒店地理位置非常好，就在地鐵口旁，而且離江邊也很近，幹嘛都方便，最重要的是兩點退房，很多酒店都是12點就要走了，今天退房的時候前台小姐姐還送了一個小茶杯，這次住店體驗感很好，下次還來
