度假型五星酒店，很適合家庭親子，情侶出遊，微小公司團建等。
從紐約回國，到杭州談事，順便過來慶祝戀愛十週年，請酒店佈置了一下，免費升了一級，精心送了果盤和酒，挺用心的，謝謝。
早餐🥣 主要西式為主，還有很多小朋友的各種小零食，棉花糖機都有。
Tips:我比較建議大家可以提早訂小黃鴨親子房，類似於套房，價格很好，衹是需要提前一禮拜以上訂哦！
設施：
1. 典型的度假型酒店，室內室外游泳池，健身房24小時很不錯，就是乒乓球室和英式桌球室有點老舊。
2. 親子樂園也有室內室外，還有花園（帳篷，鞦韆），有小動物，孔雀，兔子，黑天鵝，錦鯉等，很適合帶孩子來。

乾淨
環境：
西式風格，雖然有點老了，但五星度假品質還是很在線的，經典，很快進入度假模式，放鬆😌。
服務：
工作人員都很用心，尤其大堂經理，説話很温柔，親力親為。
就是最後checkout 走的時候，正逢男禮賓走開，都是女工作人員來幫忙搬行李… 心疼女生

做了很多攻略，最終選擇了這家杭州玫瑰園度假酒店，超出預期的體驗。不愧是杭州老牌酒店，建築很有品味。進酒店內就聞到了馥郁芬芳玫瑰花香。酒店房間裝修大氣，寬敞明亮。配備膠囊咖啡機、Bose音響、戴森吹風機，超好用的藍色地中海系列洗護品，以及浴室擺放的那組可愛的小黃鴨親切不少。陽台上看花園美景一覽無餘。酒店樓下有泳池健身房、小童遊樂屋、乒乓球室，户外池的景觀很美，夏天就為泳池而來，感受泡在水裡的涼爽愜意。自帶的後花園裡面有一個四面被綠樹濃蔭圍起來的自然水系，發現了很多大錦鯉，還有幾衹黑天鵝。草坪上還有孔雀園是小朋友的打卡地，很適合遛娃。值得一提的是自助早餐，還備有牛排是驚喜，種類也很多，現磨咖啡，培根，温泉蛋，咖椰吐司，沙拉等等，在這裏遇到的工作人員也都很熱情，好評如潮有他的道理！玫瑰園度假酒店非常值得推薦！下次來杭州會再入住的！

很有度假感的酒店，房間面積超級大，前台還給做了升級。雖然酒店有些年數了，但基本還都維護的不錯。歐式的格調，談不上時髦，但依舊耐看。室外泳池的水很乾凈，深淺有別，適合各個年齡段的客人玩水。空調雖不強勁，但温度適宜，也很安靜。早餐11點結束，適合睡懶覺。品種不多，但品質在線。前台服務人員們都很熱情體貼。一切都是剛剛好，令人舒適。可惜天太熱，等秋天，還可以逛逛花園。離中國美院和bac都很近，可看展、可市集，開車十分鐘。

很喜歡這間酒店 雖然不是這麼科技感十足
不過服務員前台升級房型的時候溝通了很多次
希望可以改進 尤其是對有升級意願的顧客有一些服務
另外希望可以升級電視設備基本的投屏還是需要有的 網絡電視也是必備
其他都挺好 走的時候還有伴手禮

這次入住的親子酒店太讓人驚喜了！酒店環境超棒，綠化做得特別好，像住在花園裡，孩子還驚喜地發現了散養的孔雀。小童設施非常豐富，室內外都有游泳池，小朋友玩到不想上岸。房間設計很用心，馬歇爾音箱音質超讚，最特別的是房間有個小窗户能直接看到綠意盎然的天台，採光特別好。從細節到整體都能感受到酒店的用心，絕對是會想再帶娃來打卡的寶藏親子酒店！

浪漫的玫瑰園果然名不虛傳，歐式莊園風格，隨手一拍即是大片。一進酒店大堂，玫瑰香味撲鼻而來。房間大而舒適，裝飾都非常的精緻。後花園非常適合孩子們去玩。下次來杭州還會選擇。

很少寫酒店的點評，希望分享給親子游的家庭。先説位置，酒店離市區、西湖景點有點遠，在錢塘江邊，想去九溪徒步很近，酒店門口有公交站想去哪裡都十分方便，離一站路的地方有商業。環境，酒店遠離城市，清幽，法式莊園非常有格調，泳池、草坪非常適合拍照，小朋友也有了度假感覺。服務，真的太讚了！前台的服務人員給了回家的感覺，非常親切，給小朋友歡迎禮遇，離店贈送伴手禮，孩子非常驚喜和高興。無論是客房、泳池的服務都非常好。房間，寬敞、佈局合理，衞浴是漢斯格雅，少有的高配置。吃飯，因為位置較偏、可以在酒店解決或者是外賣。酒店的早餐樣式基本能滿足，有棉花糖現場製作，又讓小朋友驚喜了一下。有機會一定推薦給朋友，並且再來杭州也會選擇在這裏再住2晚。

沒想到杭州市內有如此一家度假風情滿滿的酒店，泳池很藍，水很清，户外的棕櫚樹和大草坪，配得上莊園稱號。大氣、優雅、高端。三樓房間比較有特點，好看的傢俱佈置，舒適的床品，向上推開的天窗很有意思，確實可以仰望天空，温馨愜意。前台人員熱心體貼，有求必應，服務非常到位。早餐品質很好，走的精緻路線，味道很不錯，有小朋友的專門食品區，還能自己做棉花棒，離店時還贈送了小禮物，挺不錯的，推薦 !
