Great location, very convenient for getting to Xiang Lake and West Lake, and close to Baima Lake and the Anime Museum. Parking is also a breeze. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel's pool and gym are excellent too. The staff are all very warm and friendly. I'd definitely come back again!

Well, the location is excellent for me as it is close to the office I am working at. For others, it might be too far off from the real center of the city and the West Lake. It all depends ... Value for money is great. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Not worn out and nothing to complain about. I also enjoy the vicinity of the park for an evening/night stroll to come down after a busy day. Finally, I very much like the architectue of the hotel and of the adjacent Comic Museum. Will definitely come back!

Excellent luxury hotel located in the new southern zone of Hangzhou. A good choice if you don't mind an additional 15 - 20 minute journey time to most attractions.

The rooms, service, and breakfasts are excellent! The park is fascinating! The room is spacious, very comfortable, with a great bathtub and shower, large windows, and nice furniture. Everything is fantastic. The only major downside is the mess around the pool. The dividing floats are covered in green algae, and there’s clutter around the pool, with furniture and other items giving off a sense of neglect and uncleanliness. Please get the pool and changing area into perfect order—it would earn a 5+ rating.

Excellent accommodation, breakfasts and facilities. However, the pool was not open during our stay which was a prime reason for visiting! The gym is only open in the afternoons and evenings!
