White Horse Lake Jianguo Hotel

The hotel facilities are complete, located by Baihu Lake, great for walks, and the breakfast is good. The gym equipment is comprehensive. The staff are very enthusiastic; Zhang Xingang from the concierge, a 'Golden Key' member, helped us with our luggage to the car upon check-out.

The environment here is lovely, with the beautiful Baima Lake Park right next door. Unfortunately, it was temporarily closed due to the typhoon, so we only got to walk around it the night before. Because of the typhoon, I also got to explore the hotel's various facilities. There's a free billiards room and a table tennis room on the second floor. We booked our two-night stay separately, and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room for free, which was really nice. The hotel breakfast was abundant and varied daily; I especially loved the egg tarts. However, I do have one small complaint. Today, we had arranged to check out an hour later, but our room was opened twice and we received two phone calls, constantly having to explain the situation. I hope they can improve communication between departments.

Chose this hotel for a family vacation to Baima Lake. The room was spacious, and the decor had a quality feel. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they helped me reserve a room with a great view in advance and even gave us directions for a lakeside walk. The hallway was quiet and tidy. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the whole family was very happy!

The room was incredibly spacious and grand, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of Baima Lake. The natural light inside was abundant and bright. The entire room was meticulously cleaned and dust-free. The bedding was fluffy and skin-friendly, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and hot water was available instantly 24/7. All the amenities were fully stocked. I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were quick and attentive during check-in. My comfort level was absolutely maximized.

Staying here with my family and kids was a great experience. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. The hotel environment felt safe, and the common areas were clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient with the children. The bedding was soft, so my child slept soundly, and it was convenient for getting around to nearby attractions. Our whole family was very satisfied. Breakfast was varied and delicious with a wide selection of items.

The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and were quick to respond and resolve any issues I had, always finding a thoughtful solution. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfect for both work and streaming. Overall, a great experience. The breakfast was delicious too! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The front desk service was superb, with someone helping with luggage and complimentary welcome tea. The rooms were safe and clean. The restaurant was grand. The location was excellent, like a 'forest oxygen bar'.

This hotel is grand and located within Hangzhou's Baima Lake, right next to the Animation City. As soon as I entered the lobby, someone greeted me, and the front desk staff were very professional and quick with the check-in process. The room was pretty good. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, it's very well-maintained. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it! [Yay]

What impressed me most about the hotel was how thoroughly clean the room was; there was hardly anything to fault. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to all ages, definitely worth trying. The front desk service also deserves high praise – the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.
