For more than 20 years, I have come to Hangzhou to pray for blessings every year. Every time I passed by, I thought it was not open to the public. This time I accidentally saw the recommendation, which was exactly what I wanted. The room I stayed in was clean, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the bedding was comfortable to sleep. The surrounding area is quiet, and it is within walking distance to Turtle Pond, Yuhu Bay, and Maojiabu. There are many tea houses and restaurants around. The private dishes are delicious, and the farm dishes are also delicious. You can choose as needed. Xiao Ding at the front desk of the hotel has a friendly service attitude. It is a place worth staying again. I checked out. Knowing that I want to comment, I also gave a beautiful fan. I am so happy^_^

The hotel is in a great location, in the West Lake Scenic Area, close to the Turtle Pond and Santai Mengji, not far from Maojiabu, very quiet. The scenery of the hotel itself is also beautiful, the food tastes good, and the price is very affordable (the quantity is large). There are many private restaurants next to the hotel now. If you don’t want to eat hotel meals, you can go out to find food. A restaurant worth staying in again~

This is my second stay. I like the location and service of the hotel. It feels like home. The environment around the hotel is very good. It is located outside the West Lake. I like the Turtle Pond, Yu Qian Temple and Yuhu Bay the most. It leaves a good memory.

Santai Villa is in a particularly good location, very close to Turtle Pond. The scenery inside the hotel is also beautiful, and the indoor swimming pool is also good. It was a very satisfying trip!

Although the hotel looks a bit old, the facilities inside are OK and it is very quiet and suitable for bringing children. The scenery is beautiful, as if living in the forest, a natural oxygen bar! The environment in the villa is already beautiful. It is not far from the scenic spot. I will consider this hotel next time.

I have stayed at Santai Villa several times since 2016, and my impression of this time is a bit hard to describe. It was my first time staying in the elegant room of Building 3. The room facilities are worthy of the room price of more than 700 yuan, after all, it was weekend in the scenic area. In terms of service, in fact, every service staff is conscientious and responsible. Here I would like to say sorry to the front desk who was angry with me - in fact, I am not angry with your service, this unpleasant mood should be directed at the management: Regarding the issue of disposable slippers, the scenic area advocates not to actively provide disposable items, but I think there is a big difference between "not actively" and "not providing". The so-called "environmentally friendly recycling and disinfected slippers" should be chosen by guests, not forced. Fortunately, the front desk finally helped me get two pairs of disposable slippers to the room. Building 3 is a small historic protected building. There is a restaurant in the small guest room area on the second floor. A large group of diners were allowed to make loud noises until 11 o'clock in the evening, which seriously affected the rest of the surrounding guests. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I hope the hotel management can think about the above issues - don't lack the ability to think from others' perspective just because it is a sanatorium of the Federation of Trade Unions and has no worries about the source of customers.
