五一帶小朋友來蕭山玩的時候入住，我們到的時候已經是晚上八九點鐘了，酒店很貼心給了房型升級，看我們行李較多行動不便，酒店經理還全程陪同幫我們按電梯什麼的，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店房間的設施都比較乾淨整潔，房間很寬敞，入住很舒服，由於酒店在景區的緣故，加上我們來的那天有點下雨了，空氣很好也比較安靜，感覺很有大自然的氣息，距離湘湖周邊幾個景點也比較近。我們預訂了長喬極地海洋公園的景酒套票，性價比很高，畢竟送了兩張票，第二天在酒店商務中心核對一下，吃早飯的時候就會有預訂短訊發到手機上，點開短訊連結就會有二維碼用於驗證（注意如果是兩大一小/兩小這種，小童超過1米就要門票了，檢票口工作人員會直接掏尺子量，超過一點兒都不行，而且還是全額票🤣🤣🤣，有雲閃付付款時可以-10塊），並且支持海洋公園旁邊的小童遊樂園一併使用。早飯也很豐盛，包子麪條壽司小餛飩糕點基本上樣樣都有。推薦去長喬前提前做好攻略，儘量保證海象，海獅，白鯨兩場及海豚表演都看到，海豚最後一場在3：30（2024年五一），看完去隔壁小童樂園（注意是單程進去了就不能返回海洋公園了），可以玩到下午六點鐘。白鯨表演應該是裏面最火爆的，建議在美人魚那裡直接坐遊覽車到白鯨館，先把白鯨的兩場看掉，注意最起碼要提前10-20分鐘才有好位置。表演單附後有需要自取～也可以提前關注長喬微信公眾號裏面也都有～

交通：自駕很方便，離高速口大概1公里左右，酒店門口有2-3路公交車。
環境：周邊環境不錯，隔壁有個東方文化園，離湘湖也不遠，酒店本身也古樹參天，有湖有橋，很適合走走逛逛，帶孩子長者來親子家庭遊挺好的。
房間：房間非常贊，空間很大，50平左右，設施齊全，略有年代，但保養清潔還挺好，還有景觀大陽台，視野開闊，在陽台喝個茶，抽根煙，靜一靜，煩惱隨風而散。
早餐：相當豐盛，中西式品種挺多的，滿意。
服務：很不錯，從前台入住，到進出大堂，早餐廳，還有樓層碰到保潔人員，大多會打招呼，有親切且賓至如歸的感覺。
綜評：春節期間，預算不高，能找到這家酒店，環境服務設施都不錯，已經是驚喜了，值得推薦。

以前覺得酒店裝修老一些不是問題，但這個酒店讓我改觀了，就是酒店一定要訂新！越新越好。因為這個酒店看得出，裝修投資不少，房間大，帶陽台，景色也可以，放在新開業時，標準很高，但現在，舊到一股很重的黴味，重到嗆鼻子的程度。地毯底下估計全是黴菌。房間陽台門打開，通一整天的味都不行，屬於睡過一夜，第二天急着要離開的那種。雖然服務人員態度都是極好的，還送森泊水樂園門票，價格真心划算，但第一次住到味道這麼重的，實在是再便宜都不行！希望開發商速度裝修啊。

16號出差入住這個酒店，酒店屬於一個園區，環境很好
下午兩點半辦理入住，是一位穿黑色衣服的小姐姐接待的，很有耐心，特別特別滿意👍給她點贊，就是現在杭州亞運會管理也特別嚴格，入住流程有些繁瑣，但也能夠理解吧！整體滿意
