Clean and very nice decor. A true 5 star standard. The strong water pressure is the cherry on top. Location would be great for business people but a bit far from all other attractions

In one word: Quality. JOYA Hangzhou is a pleasure to stay in. Amazing contemporary Chinese design. Superb colour palette, thoughtfully furnished and accessorised rooms. Excellent breakfast, attentive and pleasant service. Highly recommended. A swimming pool / spa / sauna would be a welcome addition.
