The hotel is in a prime location, less than 200 meters away from Casa Mila and more than ten minutes' walk from Sagrada Familia. The rooms are well-equipped and clean. The buffet breakfast is rich.

The hotel is in a good location with good bus and metro connections. The breakfast was tasty, but the selection wasn't very large. The cleanliness was very good and the room was cleaned every day. Everything you need for a stay is available in the hotel room.

I booked a standard room with city view. Problem is that I got a room at the back of the hotel, facing a wall. Even if I paid the extra money to get a standard room with city view. Hotel personnel was not helping at all, saying that the wall was 2 metres away from my room windows and that should not be a problem. They kept arguing that this is what it is, offering no solution at all. In fact, they made me feel cheap complaining about my situation. Room was very clean and the hotel is well located. Breakfast was ok but the staff was making so much noise cleaning the tables and dishes, could stand staying more than 15 minutes for breakfast.
