Decent room, love my room space interior...and the firm and comfy bed mattress. Good location except for its facing next to a busy highway, so does get a tad noisy when I have the window opened for some ventilation. Hospitable and friendly service from front desk team, and the night security man hailing from Sichuan. Many thanks to both Ms Zhang and Zhang Yi Zhang, for assisting my queries and sorting out a package I had to courier off to another city. Housekeeping was attentive, replenishing extra bottles of water for during my stay. Looking forward to my next visit.

It’s a really clean hotel, I loved the hospitality, except the fact that there isn’t a closet, in their superior double room that we got, which was not too for us who wanted to stay there for almost a week, we had to keep putting our stuff back in our suitcases 🤥. But then the room was clean and I loved that , also they have a laundry room with a mini gym that’s cute 🥰.

Impeccably clean hotel with a prime location just a 10-15 minute walk from Hangzhou’s West Lake. Surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and cafes, it’s incredibly convenient. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The location was excellent — close to key attractions and easily accessible by Didi. We arrived early after a red-eye flight and were grateful to be allowed an early check-in to rest. The room was spacious, with a large TV, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting us in ordering delivery when we had trouble without a local phone number. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
