Very good hotel overall. Rooms are quite nice with good amenities. Location is good, but will get even better once the metro stop on line 3 will have all its exits open. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming though, typical Chinese breakfast. Service was excellent and generous.

就在西溪天堂的入口處，下面就是地下車庫，去西溪酒店對面坐電瓶車，勞動節去的，其實沒有花了，所以感覺也就這樣，買票的那邊也沒啥必要去。酒店還是不錯的，loft房間很大，一樓二樓都有洗手間，方便三四個人，二樓還有個小露台，但是是很多房間隔出來的，所以不是那種對着風景的露台。酒店對面吃的也挺多，網紅店也不少～早上吃的種類不多，但味道還行，整體住宿很不錯，五一也沒有漲價很多～就是西溪沒啥好玩的。。。還是第二天去的九溪十八澗免費的還好玩一點～

這家酒店讓我對杭州的第一印象滿分，酒店不是很大，但位置、服務和衞生都非常好。酒店就在西溪濕地公園，出門約500米就是地鐵口，出行方便，地下也有免費停車場。我們第一天入住時，前台一位小帥哥幫我們拿行李並安排了滿意的房間，每天還會有新鮮水果送到房間裏，服務熱情周到。我定了loft房間，孩子們每天都要在樓梯上爬來爬去，每天都會和小度互動，窗外露台景色也很美，住在這裏心情美麗。酒店早餐種類不算特別多，但是味道可口，水果很新鮮。前台還為小朋友準備了棉花糖，不是那種特別廉價的，能夠感受到酒店的用心，下次來杭州還會選擇住在這裏！

因為要去西溪濕地玩，看了評價才定的這個酒店，體驗感真心一般，五星是達不到的，比經濟型稍好點！首先説服務，1、我們三人大包小包到大堂也沒人接下手，2、先給了個庭院房朝北的，放眼望去都是酒店門頭的建築，視野非常不好，後來換到朝南的房間，噪音比較大，3、大床兩個人睡想再要個被子，説薄被沒了，拿了個厚被子來，好氣一個五星酒店多不出一床薄被子，4、退房後用了一次自帶的新毛巾忘在酒店了，打電話過去問説被阿姨當垃圾扔了，根本不聯繫客人問下，後來又説是放在新的垃圾袋的，給寄過來的話要到付，全程！沒有一句道歉！5、早餐品種較少，水果衹有兩種，沒有那種現做的早餐。6、酒店房間之間安全性較差，在陽台一腳就可跨到其他房間，所以睡覺一定要窗户緊閉！悶！7、馬桶上有殘留的藍色潔廁液、8、梳子衹有2把，四個人住的房間就要省而把梳子了？無語！9，房間內沒有冰箱，沒有飲料什麼的！總而言之，想住這個酒店要降低預期！沒有温度的一個經濟型酒店

位置不算特別中心，但是非常安靜。靠近西溪濕地。很近很近。
房間特別新，設施很棒。晚上很安靜。
樓下有自己的停車場，我們自駕去的，停車挺方便。

酒店地理位置非常好，停車也方便，就是行李搬運有些費勁。入住前台機械式服務，死板！不舒服，房間太小，早點少而精，環境超級棒。酒店旁邊吃飯也方便，退房時的前台的工作人員服務贊，友好，有愛，有笑容，臨走了説給升級房間，哎！期待下次吧！
